Customer Care Intern

18–19$ per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding value, excellent communication, a willing attitude, reliability, and a professional image, an assurance of excellence, and customer empathy.
  • Communicates directly with the client to schedule and confirm appointment times, delivery, and starts times for all assigned jobs within internal systems.
  • Maintain communication throughout the move process with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Special Projects as identified.

Job Requirements:

  • Is in any degree path; as long as you want to come work hard and gain some great experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, organized, and a high attention to detail
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Works independently, as well as in a team environment.
